He was predeceased by: his parents, Beulah Brown (Pascher) and James Brown; his sister Josephine Brown (Jo Ann); and his children, David Merkins and Cynthia Sinor.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Cousins Brown; his children, Ray Brown (Lea), Cathleen Brown and Rob Brown (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Leslie Gonzalez (Bill), Robert Brown, Michael Brown (Jessika) and Stephen Brown (Alejandra).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, August 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the North Central Church (25130 Aldine Westfield Rd, Spring, TX 77373). A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 at 12:45 PM at the Houston National Cemetery (10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038).
