She was predeceased by: her parents, George Komadina and Ruth Komadina; her brothers, George and Phil Komadina; and her daughter Allison Campos.
She is survived by: her children, Darin O'Connell (Melanie O'Connell), Mike O'Connell and Ryan O'Connell (Suzanne O'Connell); her grandchildren, Danielle, Brett O'Connell, Alex, Skylar O'Connell, Terry Lee, Aidan, Erin, Dylan and Johnathan O'Connell; and her son-in-law Matt Campos.
