He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Auippa; and his children, Billy Rackel (Brenda), Timmy Rackel (Dawn), Paula Lentz (David), Darla Henehan (Tony), Robbie Porras (Steven), Robert Leddy (Nelly), John Auippa (Christine), James Auippa (Mistee), Jerry Auippa (Bonnie), Steve Auippa and Shane Auippa (Amber). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Brookside Funeral Home - Cypress Creek (9149 Hwy 6 N, Houston, TX 77095). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Memorial Oaks Cemetery (13001 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77079).
