She is survived by : her significant other Gathian Greco; her children, Anna Foster (Michelle St. Clair), Abby (Bryan Talkington), Arin Foster, Joe (Koren Greco) and Tony Greco; her siblings, Joe, Bill Sanderson and Janet Sanderson Ott; and her grandchildren, Grace, Madeline, Asher, Sophia, Owen, Emerson, Lilian, Sam and Roman Gathian.

“Gathan and family.. I am Eva (Thomas ) Russell from Laurel and I just today heard of Sara’s passing. I extend to you very heartfelt sympathy in this tragic loss. Sara and I were good friends in HS and she was so much fun and energetic, a leader in many ways, very dedicated to our High School and all our friend group. Her quick wit and bubbly personality always won our hearts. I have great memories of those days and times together growing up. I know she will be missed.”
