She is survived by: her husband John Vick; her daughter Lillee Vick; her brother Brian Sample (Tracy); her nieces, Hannah Sample and Erin Sample; and her cousin Diane Pyle. She is also survived by best friend; and also, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
