He is survived by: his wife Sheran Casey; his son Travis Artherholt (Brenda); his grandchildren, James Christopher Artherholt, Aire, Brittany Salvato, Chaz, Lynsay Porter, Richard and Alysa Artherholt; his great grandchildren, Karter Porter and Benjamin Salvato; and his sister Carolyn Frazier. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
