It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dan Richard Ripley of Trinity, Texas, born in Brookings, South Dakota, who passed away on February 9, 2026, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Ripley of Trinity, TX; his children, Morgan Smith (Richard) of Pearland, TX, Zachary Ripley of Conroe, TX and Jordan Ripley of Pearland, TX.; his grandchildren, Tatum and Taven; his parents, Roger Ripley and Gail Ripley of Briggsville, WI; and his siblings, Dale Ripley (Katie) of New Glarus, WI, Dean Ripley of Rochester, MN, Julie Klitzke of Briggsville, WI, Aimee Comte (Michael) of Lyndon Station, WI, Cindy Foster of Shelbyville, KY and Joe Burton of Sellersburg, IN.. He is also survived by in laws, a whole crew of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and close friends.
