He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie Eugene and Connie Lee Carter (Bottom). He is survived by: his siblings, Scott Carter and Marsha Davis (Kevin); and his nieces, Kaitlyn Tillison and Kelsey Carter. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
