He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis C. "Jack" Hall Sr. and Frances V. Childress Hall; his brothers, Jerry D Hall and Joey B Hall; his children, Susan E. Lavender, Julia A. Denny and David B. Hall; and his siblings' children, Stephen Hall, Stewart Hall and Deborah E. Raspberry (Hall).
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Hall (Boles); his children, Teresa L Hall-Ortega (Enrique) and Samuel R Lavender; his grandson Samuel E Wickey (April May); his great grandchildren, Alexis Wickey and Hunter Wickey; his granddaughter Jacqueline M Lavender; his great grandchildren, Taylor Ogle and Caliber Sturgeon; his granddaughter Kaitlynn R Ortiz (Amaris); and his great grandchild Henlee Miller.
