She was predeceased by : her parents, Nell Marie Ellis Frizzell and Grover Frizzell; her grandchildren, Myles Ash, Gage Burnett, Maci Ash and Logan Thompson; and her siblings, Grover Frizzell and Debra Vest.
She is survived by : her husband Delbert Stacy Thornton; her children, Stacy Delbert Thornton (Ashley Ellis), Polly Gilmore (Stephen), Michael Ash (Terri Collier) and Pamela Ash; and her brother Mike Wolf of Lufkin. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren.
