She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Frances Millican (Staggs) and Jessie Frank Millican; her siblings, Hazel Lorraine Turner and Ralph Milton Millican; and her siblings' children, Kay Frances Ricardo, Tommy Turner and Charlie Turner.
She is survived by: her brothers, Billy Millican (Nancy) and Jessie Millican (Delores); and her siblings' children, Sonya Driggers, Pam DeDear, Gina Kauntiz, Buddy Turner and George Ricardo. She is also survived by numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great nieces, and great-great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Polly's memory to Riverside Baptist Church.
