He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorthy Chase and Hampton Chase; his son Steven Chase; his grandchild Nathaneal Chase; and his siblings, Fred McNair, Lynn Chase and Margaret Chase.
He is survived by: his wife Fay Chase; his children, Robert Chase (Ramona) and Heidi Allbritton (Chuck); his grandchildren, Ryan Chase (Patience), Caitlin Swanson (Dylan), Anna Chavarria (Damian), Rebecca Hohnholt (Stephen), Justin Holwell (Jennifer), Tyler Holwell (Jennifer), Haley Torres and Erica Allbritton; and his sisters, Adrienne McNair and Virginia McNair.
