She is survived by: her daughter Traci Perry (Jordan); her grandchildren, Jordan Christian Perry, Annabelle Christine Loyce Perry and Judi Beatrice Perry; her sisters, Ruth Cook, Gene and Louise Moake; her brother-in-law Harlen Neagle; and her nieces and nephews, Mark Cook, Keith Cook, Darryl Moake (Dawn), John Neagle (Wendy), Terri Moake, Kathy Neagle Smith (Jordan), Kay Neagle and Karen Neagle Jernigan.
