He was predeceased by: his mother Lela Merle Leslie Hugo; his wife Patricia Ann Taylor; his brother Carl Hugo; and his grandson Justin Graham Gill. He is survived by: his father Carl William Hugo; his children, Patricia Hugo of Arp, Theresa Hull of Carthage, Carl Hugo (Ginger) of Tyler and James Hugo (Jennifer) of Troup; his grandchildren, Morgan Miller (Jeremy) of Charleston, SC, Aubrey Hull of Carthage, Zachary Hugo (Chelsey) of Troup, Matthew Hugo (Barbara "Beamer") of Troup, Ryan Weaver of New Summerfield, Corey Smith (Andi) of Tyler and Blake Smith (Alex) of Lindale; and his great grandchildren, Caleb Hugo, Scarlett Hugo, Beau Hugo, Romlie Gutierrez, Emerson Hugo, Anna Hugo, Clyde Hugo, Levi Garcia, Martha Kate Smith, Sloane Smith, Isla Smith, Sophia Smith and Meadow Miller.
