He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas C. Roe and Bernice Glover Roe; and his siblings, Tommy Roe, Betty Higgins and Dorothy Whisenant.

He is survived by : his wife Gail Roe; his children, Brenda Davis (Wayne) of New Braunfels, Christi Sims (George) of New Braunfels and Thomas Wesley Roe (Aom) of Troy; and his grandchildren, Justin, Joshua, Jacob Davis, Shailey Roe DeBroeck, Caroline Sims Butterworth and Catherine Sims.
