She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Boyington and Mazie Lillie Boyington (Loper); her husband Guy Knowles; the father of her children Vernon Patton; her son Russell Patton; her children-in-law, Carla Patton and Larry Walden; her sisters, Lilly Dawson and Annette Waters; and her great grandchild Tyler Patton.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Walden of Tulia, Kendall Patton (Lindsay) of Amarillo and Gay Maynard (Mark) of Tulia; and her grandchildren, Paul, Holly, Jennifer, Shelby, Brent, Brandon, Jeremy, Carrie, Rusty, Tayla, Chris and Laci. She is also survived by twenty-four great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church - Tulia (101 N Crosby Ave, Tulia, TX 79088).
