He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Ida "Cookie" Watts of Tulia, TX., Mattie Russell of Tulia, TX. and Ophelia Brown (Curtis) of Pampa, TX.; and his siblings, Eunice Powell of Oklahoma, Richard Powell of Oklahoma, Cora Lee An "Loretta" Powell of Oklahoma and Clarence "Jay" Powell of Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren and numerous great, great grandchildren.
