He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Starnes and Betty Starnes; and his brother Dale Starnes. He is survived by : his daughters, Neyla Braddock (Coty) of Tulia and Krystal Helton of Happy; his sister Linda Bittick (Dave) of Silver Cliff; his sister-in-law Donna Starnes of Oakland; and his grandchildren, Tabitha Klarich (Kanyon) of Amarillo, Jacob Braddock of Tulia, Britney Birkenfeld (Jason) of Nazareth and Brooke (Zoe Hillard). He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren and 2 nephews.
