She was predeceased by : her father Rudy Ortiz; her grandmother Dolores Ortiz; her aunt Rebecca Rodriguez; and her boyfriend Adam Saucedo. She is survived by : her mother Diana Ortiz (Rodriguez) of Tulia; her husband Frankie Alvarez of Tulia; her children, Enedina Alvarez and Frankie Alvarez, Jr.; her siblings, Celeste Ortiz and Stephany Hernandez; and her grandchildren, Sa'bree L'ynn of Tulia, Brielle Alvarez of Tulia, Nevaeh Rosa of Floydada and Braycen Rodriguez of Tulia.
