He was predeceased by: his father Tony L. Warner; his son-in-law Tony Clark; and his nephew Ryan Warner. He is survived by: his mother Annette D. Warner (Rebecca); his children, David Eric Starbuck and Teresa Clark; his grandsons, Anthony, Zachary (Rachel), Joey and Jayden Clark; and his great grandchildren, Ava and Brayson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
