He was predeceased by : his brother Jody Kelley. He is survived by : his parents, James Kelley and Mary Ann Kelley (Dooley) of Tuscola; his wife Deadra Kelley of Oplin; his daughters, Jenny Sarten (Rusty Miller) of Tuscola and Juliann Kelley of Oplin; his sister April Brooks (Wes) of Tuscola; his grandsons, Brayden and Cayden; and his nieces and nephews, Ashley Rhea (Dusty), Kolby Kelley (Shawna), Bretni Cope (Chisum), Weston Brooks (Megan) and Jaycee Brooks. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
