With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Robert Payne (Tuscola, Texas), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Payne (Bowles) and Clarence Payne (Red); and his brother Kenneth. He is survived by: his daughters, Shelley Mayfield (Bill) and Kelley Pemberton; and his sister Elizabeth Brown. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
