He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia (Henry Johns) and Steve. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Trimble; his children, Amanda Azallion (Amy), Kami of Vries, James Manker (JT) and Ted Manker; his stepsons, Rev. David Luckenbach and Brian Luckenbach; and his siblings, Perry Donop and Diane Powers.
