He was predeceased by : his parents, Ted Ross and Ozella Ross; and his brother Allen Ross. He is survived by : his wife Dayna; his daughters, Taylor, Bradee and Jordan (Ryan Pease); his grandchildren, True, Dakota, Grayson and Emerson; his siblings, Bobby Ross (Mary) and Lurlene Roch; his mother-in-law Deanna Pursley; his niece Talon (Cody Bays); and his nephews, Randy Roch and Cale Romick. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fry-Smith Funeral Home (502 Kent Ave, Tuscola, TX 79562). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Life Church.
