He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Warren and Catherine Adell Warren; his siblings, Jimmy and Jere; and his grandson Hunter.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Jeremy (Jacinda), Jamey (Shelley) and Jodi (Chad); his grandchildren, Kylie, Joshua, Caleb, Rhiannon, Jackson, Johnna, Mark, Jake and Annie; and his sister Judy. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
