It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Marie Blakely of Tye, Texas, born in Abilene, Texas, who passed away on April 27, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her husband Terry Blakely of Tye, TX.; her children, Patricia (Jessie Rogers) of Odessa, TX., Wayne Martin (Brian) of Arlington, TX., Tracy Martin (Wilson) of Trent, TX., Robin Martin of Tye, TX., David Martin of Merkel, TX., Misty (Bill Miley) of Abilene, TX., Mickey Arp of Tye, TX. and William Arp of Abilene, TX.; and her siblings, Karen Burge, Sandra Robinson, Freida Jones, Ronnie Jones and Eddie Cagle.
