He is survived by: his fiancé Cheyenne Sky Donovan of Tyler; his parent Juan Ballesteros of Tyler; his children, Zoey Herrin of Brownsboro and Sadie Ballesteros of Tyler; and his siblings, Mario Ballesteros (Melina), Damon Barnes (Emily Mazy), Brittny Ballesteros, Destiny Ballesteros, Juanito Ballesteros, Abigail Ballesteros and Gabriel Ballesteros.
