He is survived by: his children, Michele Goforth (Malcolm), Carla Marshall (Ron), Amy Jordan and Joey Small; and his siblings, Rex, Vaughn, Steve, Rick, Anita, Karol and Trudy. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
