He was predeceased by: his father Allen Andrew; his son-in-law Steven Messer; and his brother Wilmer Jeffrey. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Jeffrey (Green) of Tyler; his daughters, Kim (Scott Kersh) of Whitehouse and Kristy Messer of Tyler; his brother Jack Jeffrey of Troup; his brother-in-law Ray Green of Tyler; and his grandchildren, Ryan (Rebecca Kersh) of Richardson, Shea (Sky Young) of Waco, Kyle (Eileen Messer) of Melbourne, FL and Megan Messer of Dallas. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, several nieces, and nephews.
