He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Fields and Genelle Jenkins; his grandmother Vinnie Fields; and his great-grandparents, Henry and Annie Mitchelle.
He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his sons, Haleem, Timothy, Vance and Kennedy; his stepson Jacob Davis; his sisters, Sebrina Stiggers and Christine Turner-Dabney; his cousin Veronica Polite Brownlow; his close friend Kevin Anderson; and his aunts, Pam Smith and Bessie Robinson. He is also survived by his siblings; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
