Though Billy may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Greene and Jewel Reeves (Wade); his wife Marcia Janelle Reeves; and his siblings, Johnny, C. W. Reeves, Martha Reeves Betts and Annie Ruth Reeves Mayhall.
He is survived by: his son Steve Reeves of Tyler; and his siblings, Sidney Reeves (Eva) of Virginia, Kenneth Reeves (Cindy) of Tyler and Shirley Westberry of Tyler. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other loving family members and friends.
