He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Starnes and Melvin Starnes; and his siblings, Doretha Pool, Loretta Allen, Bobbie Anderson, Dale Starnes, Jeffery Starnes, Keith Starnes and Brad Starnes.
He is survived by: his siblings, Glenda Porter, Patricia Beaver, Fredia Starnes, Christi Mitchell (Mark), Joy Fenner (Bill), Tammie Gilstrap (Bubba), Kim Keller (David) and Robin Starnes. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
