He was predeceased by: his parents, George Burton Rinehart and Mabel Mathis Rinehart (Willson); his wife Betty Sue McCaslin; and his brothers, Danny, Dean and Joe Rinehart.
He is survived by: his brother Barry Rinehart. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Charles's memory to the American Lung Association.
