He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cullen and Orval Lee Cockrum (Nelson); his brother Billy Don Cockrum; his brother-in-law John Joseph Wakefield; his niece Tana Michelle Stratton; and his nephews, Scott Reagan Stratton and Stephen Todd.
He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Bandy (Terry) and Raylene Cockrum. He is also survived by Sister-in-law, numerous nieces and nephews, great and great-great nieces & nephews.
