He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Elsworth and Marcella Hampshire Johnson; and his sister Beverly Walz. He is survived by: his wife Ann Johnson of Tyler; and his daughters, Rebecca and Marcella. He is also survived by five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
