He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Taylor and Ruth Alberta Ramsey (Gill); his daughter Diane Lynn Ramsey; and his sister Jean Sharp. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Ramsey (Heckathorn); his daughters, Pamela Mello and Lori (Glenn Tassin); his grandchildren, Laura Mello, Amy Mello (Bryan Ard), John (Sarah Mello), David Tassin (Amanda Longoria), Daniel Tassin and Devin Tassin; and his great grandchildren, Lauralai Mello-Harper, Tristan Ard and Amethyst Mello.
