She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Shepherd and Willie Mae Shepherd (Doug Tolbert); her son Jeff Tolbert; her sister Evelyn Rasberry; and her granddaughter Christina Tolbert.
She is survived by: her husband Doug Tolbert; and her sons, Jerry Tolbert (Anne) and Scot Tolbert. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
