She is survived by: her husband Donald Ray Harper; her daughters, Donna Ruth Clements (Michael Thomas Clements) and Dottie Rae Bisagno (Anthony Joseph Bisagno); her grandchildren, Megan Ray Tarrant (Justin Chase Tarrant), Abigail Ann Wesson (Aaron Brown Wesson), Anthony Joseph Bisagno Jr. (Katherine Redding Woolson), Harper Monroe Bisagno (Honor Thomas Bisagno) and Oliver Beck Bisagno (Morgen Wilkes Bisagno); and her great grandchildren, Michaelann Grace Tarrant and Charlie Monroe Tarrant.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:15 AM at the Bethel Bible Church (202 S Broadway Ave, Tyler, TX 75702). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
