She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Rex Trevathan; and her mother Jessie Mae Pugh. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Rex'Joey'Trevathan, Jr. (Monica) and Jana Lea Rushing; and her grandson Justin Kyle Atchison (Gayle). She is also survived by many siblings and special family friends.
