He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Lockwood Stout and George B. Stout; his stepmother Esther Stout; and his brother Richard Stout. He is survived by: his wife Angelina Stout (Viale) of Tyler; and his siblings, Janet Grasso, Bonnie Pugliese, Kathy Flacco, Karen Andres and Harry Hammel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
