He was predeceased by: his parents, Kinard Foster Morris and Eunie Pearl Rice Morris; his brother Joseph Thomas Morris; his daughter Annette Morris Grenier; and his wife Juanita Brickhouse Morris.
He is survived by: his daughter Betty Yearty (Kit) of Tyler; and his grandsons, Jason Yearty, Jonathan Yearty, Thomas Wakeman and Stephen Wakeman. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
