She is survived by: her husband Mike McDade; her children, Daniel Phillips and Shannon Kendrick (Kendell); her pet Khloe; her siblings, Sharon Fuller (Larry) and Buddy Morphis; her cousins, John Ray and Nancy Gandy; and her nieces and nephews, Leah Rivera, Laura Garvey, Mikki Francis, Joseph Francis and Steven Fuller. She is also survived by great-great nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.
