Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Jay leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Clark Carnahan, Sr. and Ruth Florence Elam; his wife Dovie Meadows; and his siblings, David Carnahan and Ruth Carnahan.
He is survived by: his children, Diane Carnahan (Plano), Jeff Carnahan (Houston) and John Carnahan (Tyler); his niece Deborah Andrle; and his nephew Mark Walker.
