He is survived by: his wife Sally Mears Harper; his daughter Hope Harper Karr (Stan); his grandchildren, Tyler Evans, Megan Pylant and Allison Evans Maitre (Henry); his great grandchild Kasyn Evans; and his siblings, Bill R. Harper, Peggy Day and Glenda Bixler. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
