He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Burl and Marjorie Helen Caddy (Lea); and his aunt Clarice Lea. He is survived by: his son Rod (Deborah) of Fort Worth; his wife Jeanetta Lorene Daily of Tyler; his granddaughter Hallie (Chaz) of Nashville, TN; and his siblings, Patricia Waite of Lindale, TX and Morris Caddy (Marie) of Hot Springs, AR. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
