He was predeceased by: his mother Mattie Bell Mauritzen. He is survived by: his wife Ann Hawbaker; his sons, Dale Hawbaker (Jamie) and Kevin Hawbaker (Jan); and his grandchildren, Allison Jenssen (Fredrik), Sarah Pendegrass (Matt), Adam Hawbaker (Kristian) and Holly Lutmer (Steven).
