He was predeceased by: his parents, Burnett Sr. Williams and Jettie Johnson Williams; and his brothers, Luther Williams, James Williams and Charles Williams.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tiffany Smallwood of Tyler, Shava Williams (Michael) of Waco and Shanique Williams of Little Elm; his siblings, Burnett Jr. Williams (Lois) of Tyler, Ross Williams Sr. (Yvette Yoman) of Big Sandy, Leola Lee of Fort Worth, Virginia Grandberry of Tyler and Teresa Williams of Tyler; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Williams of Tyler. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
