He was predeceased by: his father Kevin Paul McNeely; and his grandparents, Eugene and Dorothy McNeely. He is survived by: his mother Lori Renee Wages; his stepfather Mitchell Wages of Tyler, TX; his siblings, Jacob and Olivia Wages of Tyler, TX; his grandparents, Cindi Collins of Quitman, TX, Otis Watkins of Snook, TX, Rodney and Linda Johnson of Tyler, TX.; and his aunts and uncles, Amanda Watkins of Quitman, TX and Madison Collins of Houston.

If desired, memorials may be made to the Cumberland Academy Theater Arts Department in Jesse's name.
