She was predeceased by: her husband Duane Bierig; her sons, Gregory Lane and Brett; and her parents, Harry Newkirk and Mildred Newkirk.
She is survived by: her son Gary Lee Bierig; and her grandsons, Micah Lee Bierig and Samuel Levi Bierig. She is also survived by six grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
