Jo Ann Haile Obituary

We announce the death of Jo Ann Haile of Tyler, Texas, who passed away on August 6, 2026, at the age of 90. Jo Ann will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Buell Belew and Peggy Belew; her sister Jackie Tanner; her sons, Steve Dorsey and Greg Haile; her grandson Kevin Wallace; her pet Scooter; her husband Malcolm Haile; her children, Brenda (Phil), Gary (Kim) and Talia (Jason); her daughter-in-law Mary-Chris; her sister Peggy Hopkins; and her grandchildren, Johnny, Kristin, April, Brianne, Errin, Brandon, Joey and Shea.

In honor of the compassionate care she received, the family kindly asks that donations be made to The Hospice of East Texas in her sweet remembrance.
